Terms of Service

By booking or using our mobile car wash services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide mobile car wash and detailing services at a location designated by the Customer. Services are limited to what is selected at the time of booking. Any additional services requested will be denied as we have a tight schedule and any additional services will need to be pre booked for next appointment so we can adhere to our coordinated bookings on scheduled duties.

2. Access to Vehicle

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Ensure the vehicle is available at the scheduled time

  • Remove personal belongings prior to service

  • Remove any waste from vehicle

  • Adhere to our accepted vehicle guidelines

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle but our techs will place any loose items in a bag and place in your vehicle trunk.

3. Water & Power

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The Customer is not required to provide access to water and/or electricity

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are fixed for all set selected services. We do not charge add on services at time of appointments.

  • Payment is due immediately upon scheduling via online.

  • Accepted payment methods: [Credit Card, Zelle, Apple Pay]

6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage including scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, or worn interiors, etc.

  • Damage caused by fragile, loose, or aftermarket parts

  • Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to cleaning

  • Excessively dirty vehicles (mud, pet hair, biohazards, etc.) may incur additional fee or be rejected by our technicians

  • Older vehicle conditions, including mechanical.

  • By booking, the Customer acknowledges the vehicle is in approved condition for our detailing services.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us before we leave the service location. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on-site. Refunds are not honored once service is completed.

8. Weather Policy

Service may be delayed or canceled due to rain, extreme heat, storms, or unsafe conditions. We will communicate promptly to reschedule when necessary.

9. Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • The Customer behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner

  • Illegal substances or hazardous materials are present

  • Anything that conflicts with Nevada State laws and regulations

  • At our sole decision

10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Photos & Marketing

With customer consent, we may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state/province of Nevada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Billing Terms

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify the technician before they leave the service location. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue on-site at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The concern is reported within 24 hours of service completion

  • The issue relates directly to the service performed

  • The vehicle has not been driven, or re-soiled after the service

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the company’s sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, oxidation, tears, heavy wear)

  • Permanent stains, odors, or defects that cannot be fully removed

  • Services completed as requested but not meeting personal expectations

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations

  • Weather-related interruptions beyond our control

  • Heavily soiled vehicles that require additional services not purchased

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit a 50% cancellation fee

5. Payment Method for Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By booking and receiving our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
